During your session, you’ll wear a special EMS suit connected to our system. Your trainer will guide you through customized exercises while the suit delivers gentle electrical impulses that intensify each movement, enhancing muscle contraction and calorie burn.

Is EMS training safe?

Who can do EMS training?

We’ll provide everything you need, including the EMS suit and undergarments designed for comfort and performance. Just bring a water bottle and positive energy!
